To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information we gather, we handle all aspects of the research process in-house, from telephone surveys and on the ground interviews right through to the advanced statistical interpretation and reporting of data.

CATI

Enhance Research have the resources and capabilities to carry out both qualitative and quantitative services in our 20-seat in-house CATI operated call centre. This includes:

  • telephone interviewing
  • focus group recruiting
  • telephone surveys 

Online

We are able to provide a wide range of qualitative and quantitative online services, which include:

  • online surveys
  • online forums
  • online focus groups

Focus Group Facilities

  • Our fully equipped focus group facilities have been recently upgraded within our field centre as part of our continued effort to deliver accurate and timely research by handling all stages of the research process internally.
  • We work to ensure accuracy of data in our in-house field centre by following requirements of our quality standards for interviewing.
