Enhance Corporate has delivered successful outcomes for many clients. Some of our results are summarised below: Case Study 2 - Community & Local Government Engagement Case Study 3 - Government Policy Development
Case Study 1 - ProcurementOur client held an exclusive contract with the State Government for the provision of financial services. This contract was being reviewed as the first contract was due to expire in 6 months. The client was seeking to remain the sole mandated provider for a second period rather than see a panel of providers appointed. Since the establishment of the initial contract, other potential providers had been lobbying the Government to embrace competition and allow the contract to be expanded to more than one service provider. Through our research we discovered that the competitors had built momentum within the Government to allow competition through a panel arrangement. We sought to establish an Advisory Board to build our client's brand and relationships and develop messages for key decision makers. We also engaged the support of the public sector unions for the re-appointment of our client as the sole provider of services to the Government. Our client was reappointed as sole service provider for next five years.
Case Study 2 - Community and Local Government EngagementEnhance provided communications and stakeholder management support for a proposed water recycling scheme that would see recycled water used to cool power stations. Enhance became involved after it became apparent there was a high level of misunderstanding and apprehension about the proposal among key stakeholders. We actively engaged key stakeholders and managed to secure support from key local government groups, trade unions and industry groups for the proposal.
Case Study 3 - Government Policy DevelopmentEnhance developed an integrated public policy, communications and stakeholder management strategy for a State Government to reform the way infringements are managed. These reforms brought in tough new sanctions for repeat fine defaulters but more tolerance and flexibility for vulnerable community members, while protecting the State's revenue base. The reforms were achieved with the support of the media and other stakeholders. |
