In 1996, Vernon Wills, Terry Kempnich and Trevor Rowe established Enhance Management, a full service market research company specialising in understanding consumer attitudes and behaviours. Enhance Management is based in Brisbane and Townsville.

In 2001, the Hon Jim Elder joined the Enhance Group as an Executive Director of Enhance Corporate. Enhance Corporate assists clients to align their commercial and business objectives with Government priorities and policy. Enhance Corporate operates offices in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory and can service Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

In 2004, Enhance Media and Communications was formed to assist clients plan, develop and implement integrated communications campaigns and media programmes.

Enhance Management, Enhance Corporate and Enhance Media & Communications are part of the Enhance Group of companies.
